Nautilus Homes is a division of Frost Construction Services, Inc.. Over the last twenty years we have been the cabinet maker, interior woodwork specialist, remodelor and builder of some of Central Florida's most luxurious homes. We have combined thetalents of two of the area's finest homebuilders, Rick Jennings and David Frost. Through years of personal 'hands on' experience, together they offer the best of old-world craftsmanship, 21st Century design and new age technology in helping their client design and build their dream homes.

Rick Jennings, CGB, CGR, serves our custom homebuyers as their master builder. A native of Central Florida, his family has been building fine homes since the 1950's. Rick is the past president of the Volusia County Home Builders Association, and that association's "1986 Builder of the Year". In 1989, Florida Home Builder magazine designated him as a "Five-Star Builder", which ranked him among the top ten custom homebuilders in the state. He has built custom homes since 1983 in Centals Florida's most prestigious communities including Alaqua, Heathrow Woods, Pennsylvania Place, Magnolia Plantation, Lake Forest, Spruce Creek Fly-in and Hammock Dunes. Winning over two dozen Parade of Homes awards, he was awarded Best of Show in 1986. Jennings's homes have been on the front cover of numerous magazines and winner of several Aurora Awards. Rick's designation as a "Certified General Remodeler" guarantees our clients that they have a qualified professional working on their remodeling project.

David Frost is a master craftsman. His woodworking experience began in the mid-1970's in England, building fine furniture under the tutelage of the renowned Chippendale family. David established his own custom cabinet and casework business in Central Florida in the early 1980's and has since crafted the luxurious interior finishes of some of Orlando's finest multi-million dollar mansions, including homes in Isleworth, Lake Nona, Windsong and in the Markham Woods area. Over the last 20 years, David has built numerous custom homes and has specialized in classic country mansions throughout the Greater Orlando area.

Carolyn Powell is our Vice President of construction. She works with our clients from permitting through final walk through to ensure an even flow to the construction process. Carolyn provides over twenty five years of homebuilding and remodeling expertise, having built in such prestigious communities as Heathrow, Tuscawilla and Antigua Point.
